I am a small operation, so sometimes I ship on the 3rd business day.
If you order an item and request that the item be shipped ASAP, I will do my best to follow your request - but I can only promise to have the item shipped out within the shipping estimate when the order is made. My guarantee is to have the item out by business day 3.
If an item is ordered on Thursday before 4PM MST, it may ship on Monday.
If an item is ordered on Friday before 4PM MST, it may ship on Tuesday.
If an item is ordered on Saturday/Sunday, it may ship on Wednesday.

Ground, SUREPOST,

Priority Mail, and First Class Mail. Since shipping is free to buyer, I use the least expensive shipping method.
RETURNS:
Buyer's Remorse Returns:
I offer returns on items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you purchase an item and it is as advertised, but you would like to return it - all I ask is that you pay for return shipping and I would be happy to process your return.
Defective/Damaged/Not As Described:
I do not offer free returns unless the item is not as described, damaged, or otherwise defective - I offer free return shipping on those items for 45 days. Just use the eBay Returns system to receive a free shipping label.
Exporters:
I do not support export outside the United States. Please do not ask me to remove invoices to avoid customs taxes. If you purchased the item and have any issue - I must receive the item back in order for return or replacement. If you purchase the item and it has traveled outside the United States, your warranty is VOID. No exceptions.
I ensure the warranty of the item to address that I shipped to - and have packaged the item for delivery to a United States address. I absolutely do not support freight forwarders. If you purchase an item, and it is shipped to you via freight forwarder, I cannot refund the item until I receive the item back. I also cannot do a partial refund on an order that is exported out. If you export your purchase, it limits my ability to help if there are problems.
Drop Shippers:
I will only help you drop ship the item out IF you contact me before placing the order. I ship all orders using eBay tape - and ship all orders with invoice including pricing. Please message me in eBay - or - leave a message during checkout.
If an order is placed - then I am contacted after, it is likely that I did not see your request in time and it will be shipped out with invoice and with eBay tape.
Out of eBay Sales Policy:
I do not offer direct sales to customers who purchase through eBay, then contact me outside of eBay. Please do not ask to buy directly, because this is against eBay's terms. I do not risk the future of my business for a quick sale.
