15 bar wire soap cutter 1 cm-hotel soap-multi wire cutter, multi soap cutter

THIS CUTTER IS FOR CUTTING COLD AND HOT PROCESSED SOAP THAT HAS NOT FULLY CURED. CUTTER WILL NOT CUT MELT AND POUR SOAP.
There are adjusters on each wire.
This is a handmade solid oak, Baltic birch and high density polyethylene soap cutter, made in my shop.
If you look close at the one picture that is of the cutter bed up close. The first wire is set to 1 cm from the stop. The rest are set at 2 cm. This is the only way to get the 1 cm cut in order to have enough room for the placement of the adjusting pins. Now how this will work is, after you have your log of soap placed on the cutter bed for cutting. You then cut through the log the first time. The first 1 will be cut at 1 cm the rest at 2 cm. After the cut, leave the handle assembly down. Reach in and pull out the first bar of soap that is cut at the 1 cm, or [ remove the whole cut log and then remove the first bar of soap cut at 1 cm ]. Then grab the whole log together that is cut at the 2 cm and  set a side. Raise the handle assembly back up and then place the cut 2 cm cut log in place against the stop. Now the 2 cm bars will be placed to be cut in to 1 cm bars. Easy easy easy!!!!
It will cut a loaf of soap 4" wide by 4" tall by any length. The cutter bed is 3 1/2" wide.
All wood is finished with two coats of polycrylic finish.
The .022" steel wire makes clean cuts every time. Wire tension is adjustable.
The base  measurements of the cutter are 22” x 11”x 9”, with a cutter bed of 19 1/2 inches long. If you have taller soaps, I can make bigger handles, just shoot me an email.
There are 4 felt pads on the bottom of this cutter. It will help your cutter stay in place when using. You sure don't want your cutter to move when you are using it!!
One extra wire is included should a wire break.
For the serious soaper, this cutter is great, will cut 15 bars at once! If you soap for a hobby, I do have a single cutter that will cut one bar at a time and will cut different size bars.
